Global travel and trade facilitate the spread of emerging diseases and drug-resistant pathogens. Addressing challenges such as climate change, environmental degradation, pollution, and antimicrobial resistance necessitates interdisciplinary and international cooperation. The One Health approach acknowledges the interconnected health of animals, humans, and the environment across local, regional, and global scales. The One Health Consortium conducts studies and projects worldwide to influence local, national, and international policy and practices in response to these global challenges at all levels.
